Bodyfit Mums Phase 1

Phase1 is for any mum to attend no matter how old your children are, whether you’re recently postnatal or if you haven’t exercised in a while!

Phase1 is not a class. It’s a full programme that caters for all fitness and ability levels. Starting with a thorough introduction to your core, breathing, pelvic floor, diastasis recti and nutrition. After a full technique session on how to move correctly, the remaining 5 weeks of the programme gradually builds in intensity and complexity, covering a wide range of training styles.
