Here at Bodyfit Mums we specialise in tailor made Pre- Postnatal & Beyond fitness programmes.
Whether you prefer face-to-face, live online sessions or on demand workouts we have options catering to every stage of your fitness journey.

but we're most known for postnatal!
As a mum, your body undergoes numerous physical changes both during and after pregnancy, alongside potential shifts in mental well-being. Which is why we are here to help you adapt exercises, build your confidence (and your strength!) and ultimately start a new fitness journey. There’s no need to worry about the stress of childcare: little ones are welcome to come along to our Face to Face locations. Or you can join in from the comfort of your own home through live online sessions or on demand workouts.

phase 1
A comprehensive 6 week fitness programme of gradual intensity, designed for females who are starting or returning to exercise after having children. Also available on demand to do at home.
phase 2
The next 6 weeks of your fitness journey after PHASE 1. Building on the fundamentals and taking everything you’ve learnt to the next level.
