A full 6 week step by step fitness programme of gradual intensity catered for any female who is just starting out into fitness, or for those coming back after having children.
The perfect starting place for anyone new to Pilates! It is also highly recommended to complete alongside our ever so popular Phase1 Postnatal programme. Pilates focuses on a mind body connection, strengthening, stability and flexibility!
A full 6 week high intensity programme that will get the heart rate racing! Jam-packed with a huge variety of different training styles, it’s For ANYONE to join that wants to be challenged!

Having done phase 1 zoom and bodyfit hiit after my last pregnancy, decided to do prenatal with baby no2. Cannot fault the girls, absolutely amazing, great to be able to take part in a class that gets a sweat up and the heartbeat racing but knowing you are doing exercise that’s safe and good for you and for baby.
I completed Phase 1 and 2 following my 2nd baby 4 years ago and knew I wanted to do it again following the birth of my 3rd baby earlier this year. I have just completed Phase 1 and loved every session. The variety each week keeps it interesting and Aimee encourages and motivates every time. Highly recommend to all mummies new and old to take a couple of hours and do something for themselves.
Love this post partum fitness journey so much I have done it after each baby (4 times now) Phase 1 is a great introduction to exercise after baby. It is taught at the perfect pace to help you build up your strength and stamina. It is so much more than an exercise program
