What happens when your six weeks is over? Stay with us for another cycle of Phase 2 or until your maternity leave ends. Dive deeper with our online membership, offering a diverse timetable of virtual classes and a library of recorded content or transition to a gym feeling empowered and confident.

Phase 2 is honestly THEE best programme I’ve ever done! Such a varied range of classes that you never do the same thing twice! Having Catriona there to help with technique brings that little bit extra!! 5 stars! The best!!
From completing stage 1 and doing stage 2 now I can say that Bodyfit mums has really got me back into exercising post partum! One of the most amazing things I have gained through doing it is gaining feeling back on my tummy, having had C-Sections it was completely numb to touch! Honestly I can’t thank the girls enough - Aimee and Caitriona are amazing and the motivation I well and truely needed 👏.
