Phase1 is not a class. It’s a full programme that caters for all fitness and ability levels. Starting with a thorough introduction to your core, breathing, pelvic floor, diastasis recti and nutrition. After a full technique session on how to move correctly, the remaining 5 weeks of the programme gradually builds in intensity and complexity, covering a wide range of training styles.

Aimee and Catriona have something incredibly special with this programme. I’d been looking at it since just before I had my first baby in Feb 2018 and even went so far as to email Aimee about it but didn’t sign up at the time. I really regret missing out back then as this has been the best thing I’ve done post kids . I have always trained and kept doing so through all pregnancies but the education provided around technique, breath work, properly engaging your core etc has been amazing and really made me think more about the execution of exercises and is something I will carry with me in all future training.
The workouts are challenging but completely doable in the way the programme has been created as a gradual build up week on week. Aimee and Catriona are so supportive and on hand for anything you need. They provide a number of options to suit your ability and recognise everyone is on their own individual journey.
The ability to bring the kids is incredible - Catriona is like superwoman - going around ensuring everyone has the right form, are adequately pushing themselves, being the biggest cheerleader providing encouragement to keep you going all while mostly likely doing so with a baby or two in her arms.
The icing on the cake is meeting a fantastic group of other mums it really is an amazing community to be part of 💜💜

I went to the gym right up until I was about 7 months pregnant but hadn’t been back after having our baby as I just felt like I was in such a rut and couldn’t get out of it. The first few months postpartum were horrendous and I hardly left the house I felt disgusting, nothing fitted and I just felt so anxious.
Taking the first steps to join Bodyfit Mums was the best thing I could have done! In the space of 6 weeks my clothes are slowly starting to fit me and I’m feeling so much more comfortable in my own skin. Getting myself out of the house that first day was a big step but one that I haven’t loked back from.
I am so excited to start Phase 2 and cannot wait to see more change and meet some more lovely mummies!

Have just completed Phase 1 for the second time and can say it was just as great as the first time around. It was so lovely to be coached by women that are genuinely thrilled to see you succeeding in getting fitter, and starting to feel good about yourself again!
You’re kept motivated as there’s a good variety of workouts and it’s different every workout - I really LOVED the boxing sessions 🥊 🥊
Same as last time the group of mums were all on the same page and there was no judgement for whatever fitness level you were at. I found the group chat on WhatsApp also helped to keep me motivated and accountable as well.
Definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting out and getting a bit fitter after pregnancy! Lorraine xx
