Live Online Classes

Use the 'Schedule' tab in the app to register for online classes each week. Once registered, you can join the live stream straight from the app.

On Demand Content

Use the 'On Demand' tab in the app to browse your library of pre recorded workouts. You can filter by Time e.g 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins etc, by equipment e.g band, weights etc or by workout style e.g boxing.
