The original RECLAIM framework is a hybrid model—combining the power of in-person coaching with the flexibility of online support. You’ll attend two in-person sessions per week at your chosen location (Portadown, Maghaberry, South Belfast, or Armagh) while also following a structured at-home plan that includes walking, core retraining, and optional extra workouts.

 

For those who need a more flexible option, we do have an online-only version—just let us know on your strategy call, and we’ll find the best fit for you.

💜 What exactly am I committing to?


This is a 12-week transformation program designed to help you build strength, regain confidence, and create sustainable habits that will last far beyond the program itself.

 

Here’s what you can expect:
