The next 6 weeks of your fitness journey after PHASE 1. Building on the fundamentals and taking everything you’ve learnt to the next level.

 

Continue to improve fitness levels, confidence and explore a wider range of training styles. Become an even bigger part of the ever growing Bodyfit Mums community by working in a bigger group of mums. 

 

Phase 2 is only for those that has previously completed Phase1. The next block starts 17th February.

We understand that being a mum comes with its own set of challenges, including finding time for yourself while caring for your little one. That's why we encourage you to bring your little ones along to our face to face sessions!
