AIMEE OLIVER After going through her own battles with childcare and a need to exercise for both her mental and physical health, Aimee designed and delivered the first BFM programme 8 years ago.
With 17 years in the fitness industry, Aimee continues to adapt and progress the programmes to ensure the best service and content is delivered. Her love of coaching and helping mums in so many ways is what spurs her on in consistently making BFM the best community and service available.
CATRIONA SMYTH Catriona joined the BFM team in 2021 after going through the programs as a client of Aimee's.. who just never left. She has a passion for all things fitness and her enthusiasm shines through in every class.
Her love of helping others and heartfelt encouragement is what drives the BFM cimmunity to do the best they can, whilst always having fun along the way. You won't see Catriona without a smile on her face and she loves to laugh.. mostly at Aimee.

Use the 'On Demand' tab in the app to browse your library of pre recorded workouts. You can filter by Time e.g 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins etc, by equipment e.g band, weights etc or by workout style e.g boxing.
