MEET THE WOMEN BEHIND BODYFIT MUMS

Expert coaching made practical, personal and achievable.

Bodyfit Mums is led by Aimee Oliver and Catriona Smyth: coaches, athletes and mums committed to helping women become stronger and more confident at every stage of motherhood.

WHY BODYFIT MUMS EXISTS

Bodyfit Mums was created to give women a place where their health and fitness could be taken seriously without ignoring the realities of motherhood.

Too many mums are offered one of two extremes: plans so basic that they never progress, or intense approaches that expect family life, work and personal responsibilities to disappear.

Aimee built Bodyfit Mums around a more realistic idea.

Women deserve expert coaching, progressive training and meaningful goals. They also need flexibility, understanding and support when life changes the plan.

What began as fitness coaching has grown into a community where women can rebuild their confidence, discover their strength and continue working towards goals they may never have considered possible.

More Than Just Coaches

Qualifications matter, but great coaching is also about understanding the person behind the plan and helping her move forward in real life.

We Understand Mum Life

We live it too. We understand the competing priorities, changing routines, tired weeks and mental load that can make looking after yourself feel difficult.

We Coach the Whole Person

Training is only one part of the picture. Your coaching considers nutrition, confidence, habits, energy and everything affecting your ability to make progress.

We Practise What We Teach

We train, compete, manage family life and work through difficult weeks too. Our coaching is grounded in experience as well as professional knowledge.
